• Inspection and validation of all project activities.

• Review and approve shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements and reply to all site queries.

• Selection of materials, color scheme.

• Hold coordination meetings to arrange all site activities.

• Nominate and approve subcontractors and suppliers.

• Help and guide in obtaining authorities approval and building completion certificates.

• Manage and prepare snagging at the end of the project.

• Follow up maintenance works during the defect liability period.

• Review and control program of works.

• Make sure that all approval’s election nominations are on time.

• Administrate the contract between the client and contractor.

• Hold progress meetings, prepare progress report issue delay notices.

• Review and approve/reject the time extension claim.

• Maintain and monitor material submission, shop drawing, subcontractor submission, log sheets etc.
